ABC Technical College is located at 11100 Valley Blvd. Suite #300 El Monte, CA 91731. Our location is situated in a culturally diverse city with plenty of shops and restaurants. It is minutes from mass public transportation. Our facility has plenty of parking spaces for students and faculties. It is big enough for our administration and onsite classroom.

Chivi Vien

School Director/Admissions Director/Office Manager

Mr. Vien has extensive experience working with vocational schools in various capacities. He finished his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration at California State University, Los Angeles with an option in Accounting. He completed his Master's Degree in International Finance at Pacific State University in Los Angeles. He is tri-lingual as he can speak Cantonese, English, and Vietnamese.

Javier Ibarra-Resa 

Student Services/Administrative Assistant/Technical Support 

Mr. Ibarra-Resa counts with a long career as a graphic design professional working for several companies in the Los Angeles Area. Mr, Ibarra-Resa also adds to his CV close to 15 years of experience as Graphic Design and Computer Applications and related programs as an instructor working for several trade schools in the Los Angeles Area. 

Maria Ozuna

Admissions Representative

Ms. Ozuna received her Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University San Bernardino in 2018.  Ms. Ozuna has worked with students for over 10 years in a counseling capacity.  Ms. Ozuna joined ABC Technical College’s team in 2021, as an Admissions Representative.  Her position consists of assisting students with their educational goals and  reaching their maximum potential.
